None! We welcome people of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

CrossFit Moreton Bay welcomes members ages 16 and up. We tailor workouts for diverse needs.

What should I bring to my first class

Bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes.
